Plan, prepare and manage technical reporting and documentation for Energy Management and Indoor Air Quality (Monthly Energy Management Report, EAC Analysis, REEM, Measurement & Verification, Energy Audit, Technical Advice, Monthly Walkthrough Inspection & Detailed Assessment) including update monthly FEMS 10% savings report (F8) and ASIS data as per required in Concession Agreement.
Plan and execute SP activities such as internal audits (SOP-EMWP, Asset & System Performance) and manage external audits (Energy Management Gold Standard 1, 2 & 3-stars, LEED & MyCrest-CIDB), according to the Concession Agreement requirements and Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Satisfy stake holder management for Internal (HQ, RO, Sites, Superior, Peers) and External (Engineering Division Department, Ministry of Health, Local Authorities and Business Partner) parties to comply with company vision and mission.
Plan, execute, and monitor the Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) Retrofitting & Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) which involve preparing the Bills of Quantity (BQ), Specifications and Technical Data, and perform tender exercise (site visit, meetings, designs, drawings, briefing, evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test, testing and commissioning, hand over) to achieve company Annual Operation Plan (AOP) target and comply the stipulated timeframe as approved by the MOH.
Plan and execute staff awareness trainings to the Hospital staff and to attend competency training (CEM, PEM, CPMV, AP & QP) as per certification and concession agreement requirement.
Ensure SP (Energy Management & Indoor Air Quality) services meet the compliance of quality and environment management system (ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, OHSAS18001:2007, ISO50001:2018, ICOP 2010, MS1525) and Statutory & Regulatory (DOSH, DOE, Energy Commission, SPAN, and local authorities) in line with ISO standards and legal regulations.
Ensure and adhere practice of Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) for self, other staff, vendor and implement good engineering practice in the working procedure (workplace inspection, BEAKON, Permit To Work, HIRADC, EASI and safety day) to comply with HSSE practise and procedures in accordance to Act and Regulations and company target
Manage and coordinate innovation and new technologies such as Active FM, IOTACS, UVGI, Renewable Energy Projects, Rainwater Harvesting and Energy Performance Contracting as added values for the company and sustain in the competitive industry market.

Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering
At least 1 to 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
