Job Title: CEW & PDR - L3 Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Application Maintenance and Production Support Engineer (L3) to support and maintain the Client Entitlement Workflow (CEW) and Payment Data Repository (PDR) applications within the PRO domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Spring Boot, Unix/Linux environments, and Oracle Databases, with the ability to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support application stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L3 application maintenance and production support for CEW & PDR systems. Analyze and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruption. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and QA teams to deploy fixes and enhancements. Monitor application performance and logs; proactively identify potential issues. Support deployment and configuration of application components in production and lower environments. Write and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation, monitoring, and maintenance tasks. Support database operations, including PL/SQL procedures, views, and indexes for performance optimization. Document processes, known issues, and standard operating procedures for the support team.

Technical Skills

Mandatory:

Strong hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot. Working experience with Unix / Linux operating systems. Solid understanding of Oracle Database 12c / 19c. Nice to Have: Experience with Application Servers such as Oracle WebLogic or JBoss. Familiarity with Apache Web Server. Shell scripting skills for automation or maintenance. Proficiency in PL/SQL, including stored procedures, views, and indexing. Experience with workflow systems (especially enterprise or in-house solutions). Frontend experience with Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
