Description
Primary Objective:
To assist with all legal (internal and external) matters pertaining to Group Treasury & Global Markets (GTGM). To report to and assist the Head of Legal and Governance (LCG) pillar in GTGM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and coordinate the preparation, negotiation and implementation of treasury-related agreements including:
- Conventional Treasury related agreements
- Islamic Treasury related agreements
- Regulatory Compliance related agreements
- Ensure all Treasury related legal policies and guidelines are available for guidance.
- Ensure the process flows in order / reviewed when is required to expedite Treasury Legal Chapter\xe2\x80\x99s daily operations.
- Maintaining proper records of the Legal Documentation that fall within the purview of Group Treasury and Global Markets (Head Office only).
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Degree in Law.
10 year in Compliance & Legal in the Financial Industry
- Management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
