Job Description

Candidate must experiences in handling small team and using collaboration technique in developing chalet business. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Candidate must expect multitasking work since our company is still in start up mood. We need candidate who can expect rapid changing on AsiaCamp progress and come with aggressive effort to establish own/company KPI and achieve it. AsiaCamp provide EPF, SOCSO and SIP.

Main Duties

Oversee daily operations of the camp and update the reservation forms daily. Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and satisfaction. Manage and motivate chalet staff, ensuring high levels of customer service. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards. Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Coordinate with other departments and inhouse company to ensure smooth operations. Communicate regularly with owners, investors, and other stakeholders.

Pay: RM2,200.00 per month
