Change Management SAP SLO-S/4 HANA Selangor *Salary RM 35,000 - RM 40,000*
Requirements:
10+ years of corporate or business-level transformation management expertise.
A bachelor\'s degree is required (industrial psychology, psychology, communications, or related field preferred).
Experience collaborating with teams from across the business and motivating varied personalities.
Previous experience reporting on qualitative data, changing KPIs, and developing action plans to handle gaps and problems.
Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks and handle complex and long-term communications initiatives.
Up to 40% availability for regional travel, with possibility for foreign travel.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the creation and implementation of a strategy change management plan for SAP SLO.
Work with internal and external change management partners to collaborate and evaluate communications to guarantee message clarity for each stakeholder group.
Align with and execute a transition strategy, as well as help within country/region law language standards after execution is complete.
Assist with the designated process\'s end-user readiness, partner engagement, risk monitoring and mitigation, Super User involvement, and other requirements.
Collaborate with area locations and assume ownership of end-user involvement, readiness, and adoption.
Ensures that change plan actions promote behaviour and mindset shifts that produce the desired outcomes.
