Job Description
PUNCAK TEGAP started in 2012 to undertake the e-Tanah project via Build, Maintain and Transfer Model (BMT). Awarded a Concession by the GoM on 19 February 2016 to roll out the e-Tanah system to 9 states across Malaysia. We are looking for CM Trainer with below qualities: QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in a related field from
- recognized university
- Excellence communication
- Up-to-date knowledge
- Self-motivation and the ability to
- motivate others
- Good time management
- Has knowledge in e-Tanah system
- Experience in Learning / Training is a
- plus
- Train the Trainer (TTT) certified is an
- advantage
- Deliver the training as a Trainer for e-Tanah project
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other training materials
- Facilitate training programs and delivery, including scheduling, invitation, location and facilities management and training delivery
- Provide an active, hands-on role in working with leaders and team coordinators in developing and implementing suitable content for the courses
- Provide support and administration on logistical management, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management
- Create evaluation processes and forms, conduct performance evaluations and provide performance feedback
- Assist in performing other specific duties/ ad-hoc tasks for Change Management, as and when required
