Role Overview

The Change Manager - Application Repatriation will lead the change management strategy and execution for a large-scale cloud migration initiative and applications repatriation. This role ensures smooth transitions, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new processes across technical and business teams. The Change Manager will work closely with programme leads, infrastructure teams, and application owners to embed change readiness into every phase of the repatriation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a structured change management strategy aligned with the repatriation roadmap.

Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations across business units and technical teams.

Design and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans.

Facilitate workshops, briefings, and alignment sessions to ensure clarity and buy-in.

Collaborate with technical leads to integrate change activities into migration phases (e.g. discovery, CI/CD readiness, UAT, hypercare).

Support training and enablement for tools such as Azure Resource Mover, Terraform, GitHub Enterprise, and Azure DevOps.

Maintain a change risk register and provide regular updates to programme leadership.

Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of change frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management, preferably in cloud transformation or infrastructure programmes.

Proven ability to manage change in complex, cross-functional environments.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Familiarity with Azure ecosystem and DevOps practices.

Experience with large-scale migrations or repatriation projects.

Proficiency in developing change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, and readiness dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

Prosci or equivalent change management certification.

Experience working in regulated industries or enterprise-scale IT environments.

Exposure to agile delivery models and hybrid project governance.

Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud-native tooling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
