Come, join us on this journey!British American Tobacco Digital Business Solution has an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager (Information Technology) in Sunway GeoThe role is categorized as a Change Manager with a specialization on Process Governance and Change Control & Tools Enablement.Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the integrated change management process for complex environments, ensuring change process is SOx and audit compliant.
  • Global Change Process SME providing guidance on application change processes, help improve efficiency, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Application Change Process SOx SME providing guidance on application SOx process governance and compliance.
  • Product Manager for change management tools and ITIL Change and Release Management modules.
  • Central reporting Team for Enterprise Solution COE Object and Key Results (OKR) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reports
OVERALL ACCOUNTABILITIES and DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIESChange Management
  • Oversee and manage the change management process to ensure efficient and controlled handling of IT changes.
  • To design and leverage synergies across change management tools and ITIL Change and Release Management modules.
  • Owner of change process standard operating procedures (SOP) and relevant documentation, ensure timely review and update on process documentation.
  • Monitor and review change performance to identify trends, improve processes, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • To engage with business and stakeholder to manage demand, change requests expectations and delivery with Agile squads.
  • Work with external partners and delivery squads to ensure that their changes and services are integrated into the organization's change management processes and Agile Delivery new ways of working effectively.
  • Subject Matter Expert for Sox Application Change Management
  • To manage the delivery of Light Governance Change Process
SOx Application Change Process SME
  • SME for SOx in Application Change, responsible to ensure delivery teams both internal and external adhere to SOx controls and SOPs.
  • Oversee and manage periodic Sox review with control operations.
  • Work closely with ESCOE Compliance team to manage SOx risk, remediations and operations.
  • Works closely with Business Control Team (BCT), Risk & Compliance Teams, ESCOE Compliance teams to ensure that change management processes comply with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.
  • Work closely with internal and external auditors on all audit and SOx related queries and remediations.
Change Management Tools Enablement
  • Manage and design integration between ServiceNow, Active Control and Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
  • Product Owner / Subject Matter Expert for Demand Management, ITIL Change and Release modules
  • Perform impact assessment and process design for the above mentioned modules
  • Manage implementation and roll out of Change Tools new capabilities, including scoping, design, testing, implementation, training and on boarding of internal and external users.
ES COE Central Reporting Team for KPI Reporting
  • Manage monthly KPI report across Enterprise Solutions COE, working closely with Platform teams and KPI Owners on monthly performance report.
  • Working closely with KPI Owners and facilitate on performance monitoring and tracking.
  • Working closely with Measurement and Analytic team on IDT Services objectives and reporting framework alignment.

  • Engagement within teams in ESCOE, across functions, cross delivery teams, to establish ways of working and form good relationship dynamics.
  • Strong supplier management skills with outsource delivery partner, external vendors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with global, regional and local stakeholders

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in IT is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience and knowledge of IT change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Minimum 5 years of knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. Certification in ITIL professional examinations is required.
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge in Global ITIL Management tools and processes for at least 5 years.
  • Experience in IT Service Management for at least 5 years.
  • Comprehensive understanding of interdependency of complex SAP solutions & change control process.
  • Good understanding of Agile Delivery and DevSecOps Methodology.
  • Minimum 5 years Vendor and Service Management skills.
  • Good understanding of SOX and how it applies within IT.
  • Experience of leading IT/ Business engagement.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
