Job Description


We are looking for a skilled Change Specialist to support our client\'s upcoming transformation initiatives, focusing on the successful adoption of D365. You will lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth communication, minimal operational disruption, and maximum employee engagement throughout the process.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for change management, promoting collaboration between teams.
  • Facilitate the successful adoption and implementation of changes with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide ongoing support to teams, addressing concerns and clarifying uncertainties during transitions.
  • Identify areas of resistance and develop strategies to address them, ensuring stakeholders are equipped to adapt to D365.
  • Assist in creating and delivering communication plans, training programs, and post-go-live support to drive successful system or process adoption.
  • Ensure business stakeholders have the necessary resources, skills, and training to transition to new systems and processes.
  • Apply change management principles to build long-term capabilities for future initiatives.
  • Track the progress of change initiatives, evaluate their success, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors to ensure alignment, address concerns, and foster support for the D365 rollout.
  • Design and implement communication plans, ensuring stakeholders understand the purpose, benefits, and impacts of the changes.
Be a key player in ensuring the successful deployment of D365|Work alongside cross-functional teams & external vendors for a MNC
  • 2-3 years of experience developing and executing change management plans, with a strong focus on ERP rollouts, including D365 or similar systems.
  • Proven expertise in crafting communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading change efforts and fostering collaboration among teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and mitigating resistance to change, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Familiarity with implementing testing, training, and post-go-live support strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new processes or systems.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report on change initiatives to ensure success and make improvements where necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working with various business stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors to drive alignment and support for organizational changes.

It specialises in providing comprehensive industrial solutions and services through 192 branches in 17 countries and territories. One of the main solutions they provide are the sale and rental of heavy equipment & machinery for various sectors such as construction, mining, agriculture, forestry, marine, and energy.They are embarking on a large ERP transformation journey and are seeking a Change Specialist to assist in the rollout of this project.
