Our Information and Cyber Security (ICS) team sits within the Transformation, Technology and Operations (TTO) function and is responsible for all mission-critical and enterprise-wide areas of cybersecurity, including identity and access management, global threat intelligence, data protection, malware protection, and application and infrastructure security. These are challenges that impact our clients globally. Our ICS Portfolio team develops the platforms, drives the processes and builds partnerships on behalf of ICS. The successful candidate will be part of the CASE (Change, Control Adoption and Onboarding and Stakeholder Engagement) cluster within the ICS (Information Cyber Security) Portfolio Enablement hive. As a Product Owner for Change Acceptance and Visualisation you will drive strategic and disciplined change management and communication planning activities inclusive of change leadership, change measurement, change strategy and approach, stakeholder management, culture and behaviour management to ensure human-centric solutions are seamlessly rolled out across the Bank. You will also be responsible for developing a change measurement office which ultimately answers the question of what value Change Acceptance brings to ICS given the investment made. You will be responsible for quantifying change management benefits as well as answering the question, how does change management help ICS. The role reports to the Head of CASE. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct. Lead the ICS CASE Demand Management function to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank\'s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients Effective Financial Markets Financial Crime Compliance The Right Environment. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Key Stakeholders ICS Leadership Team, ICS CISOs, ICS Portfolio Delivery Team partners (Chief Scrum Masters, Chief Product Owners). Other Responsibilities You will be responsible for Enable smooth people centric implementation and customer acceptance of cyber solutions, working with all of our key stakeholders. Create customer friendly materials and communicate complex cyber security solutions to our customers. Promulgate change throughout ICS and best practices. Own change through telemetry. You are part of the bridge that connects and enables supply and demand. Quantify and qualify change management and visualization benefits for ICS. Our Ideal Candidate Product Owner or Scrum Master certification is beneficial but not essential. Ways of Working and Product Owner training and coaching will be provided to the successful candidate. Certification in industry wide change management frameworks such as PROSCI ADKAR is also a plus.
