Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Key Account / Channel Management, preferably in FMCG, Beauty, or Retail industry.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Detail-oriented, good with numbers, and able to analyze sales data.
Proactive, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Good command of English; Mandarin/Malay is a plus.
Tanggungjawab Channel Management
Act as the main liaison with Watsons Malaysia, ensuring smooth day-to-day communication.
Handle product listing, promotion submissions, and follow up with Watsons buyers.
Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders in Watsons.
Order & Inventory Coordination
Monitor sell-in and sell-out data to prepare replenishment orders.
Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure sufficient stock availability for Watsons.
Track and resolve issues related to out-of-stock (OOS), slow-moving, or near-expiry products.
Promotion & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute Watsons-specific promotions (Rewards, thematic campaigns, member deals).
Liaise with internal marketing & design teams to deliver promotion materials on time.
Ensure campaign mechanics are accurate and executed according to Watsons requirements.
Sales Analysis & Reporting
Compile weekly/monthly sales reports for Watsons (sell-in & sell-out).
Analyze performance against targets and provide actionable improvement suggestions.
Track competitor activities within Watsons and report market insights to management.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with Marketing/PR team to align Watsons campaigns with brand strategy.
Support Store Ops to ensure in-store visibility and execution at Watsons outlets.
Coordinate with logistics/warehouse to ensure timely delivery of products and POSMs.
Administration & Compliance
Prepare and submit necessary forms, documentation, and approvals required by Watsons portal.
Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, and promotion details in Watsons' system.
Maintain organized records of agreements, submissions, and campaign reports.
