Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the channel development, construction, and sales management of the water purifier brand in the Malaysian market, ensuring the achievement of company-set sales targets;

2. Conduct in-depth analysis of Malaysian market dynamics and competitive landscape, formulate effective channel strategies, and promote their implementation to continuously enhance brand influence;

3. Manage and optimize channel partner relationships, conduct business negotiations, sign contracts, and provide daily operational support to ensure smooth cooperation;

4. Regularly evaluate channel sales performance, identify business growth opportunities, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to ensure target achievement.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of channel management experience in the Malaysian home appliance (including kitchen appliances) or water purification industry, with extensive local channel resources. Familiarity with the Malaysian home appliance rental industry is preferred.

2. Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay, able to conduct business communication, negotiation, and document processing in all three languages.

3. Highly goal-oriented, with excellent self-motivation, execution, and stress resistance; able to independently conduct business and handle complex issues.

4. Skilled in innovation and developing new channels, possessing keen market insight and strong negotiation skills; able to adapt to a high-intensity, fast-paced work environment.
