An exciting Channel & Operations Manager (IT Services) job has just become available at a leading IT services company based in Kuala Lumpur.
About the Channel & Operations Manager (IT Services) Role:
In this business critical role, you are required to manage channel operations (distributors, re sellers and dealers) representing the principal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the operations point of contact for the distributors, excluding technical incidents/problems
- Manage operations queries (RFI)
- Coordinate and engage with different teams to ensure proper delivery of KPIs
- Ensure the procedures are well followed and meet the operational KPIs of the agreement
- Work with sales and technical teams special applications to meet customer requirements
Key Requirements:
- Experience with telecommunications/IT industries
- Degree in Computer and Network Technology or Computer Science
- More than two years in fintech, information technology or telecommunications
- Technical foundation and training will be provided, IT product understanding is a big plus
