The Channel Performance Executive plays a vital role in monitoring, analysing, and optimizing performance across all business channels. This role combines analytical rigor and business insight to translate data into actionable strategies that enhance productivity, profitability, and decision-making accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all channels.
Identify trends, growth opportunities, and performance gaps.
Consolidate and analyze sales, operational, and marketing data to develop comprehensive performance dashboards and reports.
Translate data findings into actionable business recommendations to improve channel efficiency and profitability.
Coordinate with operations, marketing, finance, and tech teams to ensure performance alignment and execution consistency.
Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and GoogleSheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong business acumen and operational understanding.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
