Build and manage a network of niched types of KOLs who can be mobilized quickly for diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

KOL Outreach & Initial Contact

Identify, shortlist, and initiate contact with relevant HCP KOLs aligned to brand or therapeutic area focus. Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, social platforms (e.g., Zalo, LinkedIn), or in-person when applicable. Build rapport with prospective KOLs and communicate project objectives clearly.

Reporting & Coordination

Provide regular updates to drcom on KOL engagement progress, challenges, and next steps. Prepare activity trackers, engagement calendars, and performance summaries (e.g., webinar attendance numbers, post engagement, feedback scores). Join internal meetings to align on new directives, timelines, and campaign rollouts.

Crisis Management & Issue Resolution

Monitor KOL activities to manage potential reputational risks (e.g., off-brand messaging or negative sentiments). Act swiftly in coordinating any necessary clarifications or corrections in partnership with the drcom team.

Strategic Contribution

Offer local insight to strengthen drcom's proposals and execution strategies, particularly for messaging nuance, channel use, or HCP behavior. Identify opportunities for long-term KOL partnerships and co-creation initiatives that drive deeper credibility and reach.
