Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Channel Sales Manager to develop and manage sales through distribution partners and resellers across the region. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of industrial equipment, especially air compressor systems, and a strong track record of channel sales growth.

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to increase market penetration and sales volume.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners/distributors for air compressor solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing support to achieve mutual business goals.
• Monitor partner performance, set KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Provide training and technical guidance to partners on products, applications, and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, service, product, logistics) to ensure partner needs are met.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in channel sales or industrial equipment sales, preferably in air compressors or pneumatic systems.
• Strong understanding of distribution networks and partner management.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
