Job Description


Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing or related field Experience (5 yrs+) in performing similar role and projects. Proficiency in creating visual dashboards and reports utilizing Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Tableau, covering the entire design, development, and deployment process. Knowledge of scripting and programming for DAX expressions and queries, Power Query, SQL Server, and data modeling. Skilled in aggregating and joining multiple data sources, importing data, manipulating databases, and creating custom measures. Excellent analytical thinking to translate data into informative visual dashboards and reports. Adept in developing, publishing, and scheduling Power BI/Tableau reports per business requirements. Programming/coding skills - SQL, Python, Power BI (Dax, M formula languages) - writing code for different platforms, API\'s, ETL, visualization tools, and for developing automation tools. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and/or Power PI to manipulate and summarize large volumes of data using formulas, pivot tables, power pivots. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Highly detail oriented and strong organizational skills. Effective communication (verbal and written) and strong presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Motivated, energetic team player with a focus on high performance and follow-through skills. Passion for driving operational process improvement and excellence. Ability to manage own time and multi-task deliverables. Ability to make independent decisions within work parameters. Intermediate/Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Preferred: Experience with ERP/CRM system or similar (Model N, SAP, Salesforce.com) and SharePoint design Proficient in English and Chinese-Mandarin (oral and written); additional languages are considered an asset. Build data visualization tools, dashboards and reports utilizing Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Tableau. Collaborate with other team members to analyze existing business process and identify and define requirements to improve processes and workflows. Create and implement solutions and business/data analytics tools to drive process efficiency and automation and improve data analysis to get to actionable data sights more quickly. Document processes and solutions related to business improvement projects. Communicate status of project deliverables and milestones with stakeholders. Support other business process improvement projects as needed.
