For everyone, everywhere.More about .Provide world-class customer support via email and phone channels to facilitate the seamless flow of customer funds.Help customers resolve issues related to direct debit chargebacks and other types of payment errorsKnowing chargeback processes and contributing to prevention and recovery of any uncollected fundsWork closely with the Product and Operational teams to identify actionable areas of improvementMonitor and analyse domain related data, report abnormalities, contribute to operational improvements and team developmentQualificationsYour verbal and written English skills are excellent.
