1. Ensure maintenance and repair of electrical equipment are performed in accordance to approved standards. 2. To carry out daily routine checking, recording and monitoring on facilities equipment such electrical wiring systems, air-conditional system, firefighting systems, water pumps, power panel as well as other building services. 3. Responsible to repair facilities electrical equipment, wiring, power panel, etc. 4. Attend to all facilities failure/breakdown/trip and rectify accordingly and reports on time. 5. Perform Preventive Maintenance for building utilities and facilities equipment as per standard requirements. 6. Monitor and assist vendor/contractor to ensure work is completed as per specifications and ensure safety regulations are complied while carrying out their duties. 7. Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues. 8. Perform renewal/registration of electrical equipment certificate/license such as backup generator license with the authorities.
