Job Description

What You'll Do:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems. Plan, carry out, monitor and report on scheduled M&E checks. Plan, coordinate, and implement preventive maintenance programmes as per schedule. Ensure all new installations and maintenance are safe, correct and legal. Administer, supervise, and coordinate facility team & contractors and ensure safety regulations are compiled while carrying out their duties. Respond and report appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.

What We're Looking For:

Possess a valid Certificate of Competence as Chargeman (Low Voltage L3). Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance or facility management. Willing to work on shift, including weekends or public holidays if required. Good understanding of building, maintenance processes and documents. Candidates with Chargeman Level A4 certificate and who are able to start work on short notice will have an added advantage.
