Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation, data recording, and preventive maintenance of plant systems, air conditioning systems, dehumidifiers, refrigeration/cooling systems, air compression systems, nitrogen production systems, pure water systems, steam systems (including boilers), water supply and drainage systems, etc.;

2. Ensure the normal operation of plant facilities, handle abnormal situations of plant facilities in a timely manner, report those that cannot be handled in a timely manner, and prepare corresponding emergency response measures;

3. Cooperate with engineers to supervise and inspect the new construction and renovation projects of plant facilities;

4. Assist engineers with related daily operations;

5. The repair of public facilities (including factory facilities and structural buildings) in manufacturing and peripheral areas;

6. To ensure KPI's targets are achieved.

7. To ensure all documents are done and kept properly in compliance with ISO and to keep track of all records (Checklists, commissioning reports, etc.)

8. To ensure all works/jobs are standard compliance.

9. To liaise with other departments/plants for any activities related to multiple department involvement.

10. To ensure safety and 5S compliance all time

Requirements:

1. More than 1 year of working experience in one or two of the plant systems such as Electrical system, HVAC system, Compressed air system, Nitrogen production system, DI or RO water system, Steam system (including steam boiler), Wastewater system, and etc.;

3. Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Wiring, Electrical Maintenance, Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) equivalent from manufacturing background.

4. Good electrical skills, basic mechanical and pneumatic skills.

5. Required language(s): Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

6. Applicants must be willing to work in Tenpower Malaysia Banting Plant.

7. Applicants must be willing work on rotational shifts, public holidays and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
