\xc2\xb7 Routine check all related plant electrical supply, warehouse equipment and building facilities installation and operation throughout the works period and all the work area or equipment are safe operating in good condition. \xc2\xb7 To ensure all safety procedures area followed and may conduct safety to contractor or proper tools are used, PPE are used and methods of handling of work are adhered. To coduct safety brefing any job started (if necessary) \xc2\xb7 Perform routine maintenance, monitor and records plant electricity consumption and ensure energy conservation. \xc2\xb7 Inspects building and other structures to determine functional and detect irregularities and needed repair making notes and recommendations to superior. \xc2\xb7 Daily Inspection and monitor the building lighting program, install and repair lamp, ballast and bulbs. \xc2\xb7 Attend scheduled and unscheduled jobs assigment of overseeing with vendor\'s technician or contractor to performed the entire building facilities or warehouse equipment. \xc2\xb7 Ensure spare parts or company belonging send out to vendor for repair or checking shall raise " Pas Pelepasan " with follow up on the date to returnedwhen require.. \xc2\xb7 Daily submission of maintenance reports with data to superior for jobs assigment and performed acoordingly. \xc2\xb7 To issue Fire Protection System Hot work & red tag permit when require for daily assigned job performed.
