Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To interpret and understand blueprints, P&ID\xe2\x80\x99s, piping schematics, electrical circuitry drawings, engineering sketches, standards & specifications, gauges, meters, graphs, charts and reference tables
• To operate, modify, align, maintain and troubleshoot: Compressors, Chillers, Air handlers, HVAC, Refrigeration systems, Cooling tunnels and Heating systems.
• To operate, install, maintain, and troubleshoot AC / DC motors and control circuits.
• To identify, select, and operate electrician\'s testing equipment, such as Multi meters, ohmmeters, ammeters, voltmeters, and continuity testers.
• To plan layout of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures consistent with engineering specifications and local codes.
• Ensures reliable operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing predictive / preventive maintenance procedures on compressors, motors, pneumatic actuators, process systems, and equipment;
• Communicate with others to ensure maintenance and repairs meet operational business needs.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

• AO, A1 or A4 Chargeman competency in respective installation.
• 2-5 years of hands on maintenance work in plant utilities systems.
• Preferred experiences including:

• Industrial Electrical Systems

• Compressed Air Systems

• Centralized Chillers and Cooling towers

• Process Control & Instrumentation

• Motors and Controls (AC and DC)

• Practical knowledge and relevant experience in Food manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven self-starter with a willingness to work in a team environment.
• Advanced understanding of PC\'s and basic PC skills.
