Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical technicians and support staff Ensure all electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs are carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address electrical issues and concerns Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and optimise equipment performance Monitor and analyse electrical consumption data to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements Provide technical guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge Maintain accurate records of all electrical work undertaken and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent and AO certification. Required language : Bahasa Malaysia and English A recognized Electrical/Electronic Engineering qualification, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chargeman AO or in a similar role Thorough understanding of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting including PLC system Strong working knowledge of relevant electrical regulations, safety standards, and best practices Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Strong organisational and project management skills, with a focus on attention to detail work. A valid Chargeman AO certification
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
