Job Description

:

Maintenance and Upkeep.

Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify issues related to structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, and other infrastructure. Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.

System Monitoring.

Monitor the performance and functionality of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Provide recommendations for system improvements, upgrades, or replacements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Coordination.

Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to carry out repair and maintenance activities. Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Regulatory Compliance.

Ensure all facilities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.

Energy Management.

Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities to reduce usage and costs. Implement energy-saving initiatives and track their effectiveness.

Emergency Response.

Respond promptly to emergencies such as equipment failures or safety hazards. Coordinate swift and effective responses to minimize disruption and ensure safety.

Educational and Professional Requirements:

Academic Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Certifications:

Chargeman Certificate (Minimum A0 level).

Skills and Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong character, calm and independent during perform daily task as schedule. MS Office and basic AutoCAD understanding. Willing to learn the internal development system. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Familiarity with Building Maintenance, Facility Improvement and Energy Management tools is an advantage. With or Without experience are welcoming to apply. Willing to work in Melaka
