Job Description

• Minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma, Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Must possess an A4 competency chargeman certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
• Experience in Residential (Condominium/Apartment) building operation and maintenance /facilities management is added advantage.
• Experience in Mechanical & Electrical system and other building services.
• Skilled in basic technical and maintenance work.
• A self-starter with qualities of a team player yet is able to work independently.
• Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa & English.
• Knowledge in MS Office (Excel and Words) and simple computer knowledge

• To ensure LV room and Genset is in good condition
• To perform mechanical and electrical works.
• Handle all facilities duties
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance work as per standing operation procedures.
• To ensure site is well take cared.
• Check and inspect electrical facilities to ensure that they are effective and safe to be used for operation.
• Check and inspect machines or equipment condition daily to ensure that they are effective and safe for usage.
• Take meter reading for low tension to monitor the electrical consumption.
• Assist to trouble shooting, electrical faults or problems, repairing, servicing, maintenance and installation works.
• Take meter reading for water consumption weekly.
• Assist to check air compressor condition daily and in charge of its maintenance.
• Assist to do maintenance service for air conditioning, firefighting system, cooling tower, water pump and vacuum pump.
• Keep a stock list for machine parts and accessories.
• Supervise external contractors works / service and monitor their performance.
• To be on standby during emergencies
