Chargeman

Responsible for the effective and efficient operations and maintenance of electrical & mechanical for all plant equipment, machineries and appliances Able to read & diagnose electrical schematic drawing to trouble shoot breakdown and carry out corrective action task. Plan, organize and perform preventive maintenance & reactive /corrective maintenance to prevent or to minimize equipment breakdown and power failures for smooth plant operation, Lead and manage team of Wireman or technicians to provide effective and reliable support services for all plant equipment, machineries and appliances, Attend to all power, equipment, machineries and appliances failure & provide upgrading solution for smooth & continuous plant operation Perform & record daily & periodically (monthly or yearly) inspection, reading & monitoring of substation/MCC room inspection, HT & LV switchboards, bus-ducts, transformers, switchgear, fire pumps and TNB supply Standby & attend genset switching during power failures or equipment breakdown. Ensure plant electrical & mechanical wiring, circuits, installation, appliances are comply to Suruhanjaya Tenaga, JKKP & BOMBA requirement & regulations at all time, Ensure all permits, certificates or devise services are being planned & performed before the expiry date, Supervise & monitor external contractor's assigned task/services and ensure their compliance to regulations and pre-assigned/awarded details, Prepare and submit daily and monthly M&E report to the Management with appropriate comments and recommendation. To perform any other duty and responsibility as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess a certificate authorized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (A1/A4) Certificate of competency (B4/B0/A4/A0) from Suruhanjaya Tenaga. Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English Good communication and leadership skills with every level of organization. At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably technicians specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent. Comfortable to work on ad hoc breakdown Good personal traits and characteristics, high integrity, trustworthy, reliable and honest. Able to work at Rawang, Selangor

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
