• Able to read and write in Mandarin, English, and Malay
• Must own a vehicle
• Compassionate, with strong communication skills
• Minimum education: Diploma and above
• Able to work independently
• Able to work on weekend if needed

ResponsibilitiesCommunication and Scheduling with Families in Need

• Arrange home visit appointments and confirm specific details with the families.
• Conduct consultations to understand the needs and issues of the families.

Performing Home Visit Tasks

• Visit families according to the scheduled appointments.
• Assist with necessary observations, recordings, or investigations.
• Take photos to document the home visit process.

Information Recording and Reporting

• Record detailed information about the visit, including needs, issues, and solutions provided.
• Prepare and submit home visit reports to the supervisor.
• Update the profiles of the beneficiaries based on the visit outcomes.

Coordination and Support

• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth execution of home visit tasks.

Follow-Up

• Follow up on whether the issues faced by beneficiaries have been resolved.
• Conduct periodic revisits to ensure the progress of children's education and other needs.
