Requirements

• Minimum Education: Degree in related field is preferred
• Can communicate in English (compulsory) and Japanese or Mandarin (optional)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
• A passion for cooking and learning new culinary techniques.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations.
• Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the Head Chef.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
