• At least 1-2 years of proven experience working in a kitchen or food service environment.
• Proficiency in English and Malay, knowledge in Mandarin is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on various tasks.
• Able to work on weekends and holidays depending on business needs.
• Willing to work at Cameron Highlands.
• Have your own transport.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation, cooking and presentation of a variety of dishes.
• Following recipes and cooking methods precisely to ensure consistent dish quality.
• Participating in menu development and contributing ideas for new dishes.
• Providing excellent customer service by ensuring timely meal deliveries.
• To maintain food quality and improve the process of existing services.
• Assist in inventory checks and replenishment of supplies.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Support and follow instructions from the senior chef.
