Manage day-to-day kitchen operation to ensure success of the Food & Beverages operational needs and maintain high standards. 2. Understand the market trend in Food and ensure the menu maintain its competitiveness in the market. 3. To provide innovative and creative food menu that will enhance the reputation of the restaurant. 4. To plan and control stocks, food costs, staff costs and wastage at an ideal level. 5. Manage and lead the whole kitchen crew in the restaurant. 6. Managed and train kitchen crew effectively to ensure a well-organized and motivated team that can provide optimum service to customers. 7. To ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the entire kitchen as well as ensure a safe working environment in the kitchen. 8. Ensure customer satisfaction as well as develop positive employee relations. Qualification:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional leadership skills to lead, manage, train and motivate staff. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on person, able to multitask, flexible, adaptable and able to work in a face pace environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 years hands-on experience in Chinese cuisine. \xe2\x80\xa2 Between 30-50 years old. \xe2\x80\xa2 Location: Lido-Kepayan, Sabah
