Job Description


You\xe2\x80\x99ll be in charge of: \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing and administering the kitchen operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Leading the team \xe2\x80\x9chands-on\xe2\x80\x9d in the preparation and cooking of the dishes \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that high standards of hygiene and food safety are complied with in the kitchen \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and control kitchen productivity and wastage, maintaining food quality and cost control \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that there is full communication with the service staff regarding food service procedures and/or changes, including menu changes \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the team to ensure the kitchen area is clean and orderly \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage admin work for the kitchen manpower regarding schedules, trainings, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Menu revision as well as developing seasonal/ tasting menus \xe2\x80\xa2 Be an awesome role model for junior staff members
