You'll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations, fostering teamwork, and driving culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee stock levels, manage inventory, and place orders within budget to minimize waste and control food costs.
Support menu development by introducing new dishes and refining existing recipes.
Lead and mentor junior chefs, delegate tasks effectively, and encourage a positive and collaborative kitchen culture.
Resolve challenges during service, including ingredient shortages or equipment issues, while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar position in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to perform under pressure and deliver consistent results.
Effective leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities.
