Assists head chef time to time based on duties assigned
Assist to supervise all employees' performance and ensure kitchen operation in order
Ensure hygiene and sanitation of the kitchen up to the standard.
Ensure the food costs in line with the budget.
Reports to section in charge of any discrepancy, guest complaints or equipment malfunction or immediate action.
Ensure the entire menu for ala cart must be in places.
Food stander must follow KPI delivery frame
Prepare meal in according with the portion and quality standard.
Support the kitchen operation and administration task.
