Responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Chef De Partie is responsible to prepare a consistent, high quality food product and ensure courteous, efficient and flexible service that supports the other outlet's operating concept and ensure to follow the company standard operations
Ability to commute/relocate:
Flexibility to commute or planning to relocate or backup to other outlet
To assist the Sous Chef to manage the hygiene, roster, quality food and company standard.
Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef's instructions
Qualifications
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant or hotel
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Familiar with industry's best practices
Able to work under pressure.
Able to work on shift rotation basis including weekend, Public Holiday and Extra Hours.
Interacts, cooperates with other members of the outlet and kitchen as appropriate.
Minimum 3 - 5 years in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant with good standards / Advance to Asian Cuisine / good hygiene knowledge/ basic Excel Skill.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
