We are looking for a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in every dish served.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute preparation and service within your designated section.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to support daily operations.
Ensure your section is properly stocked, organised, and clean at all times.
Assist with training and guiding commis chefs and kitchen assistants.
Monitor and minimise food waste and assist in stock control.
Follow all food safety, health, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef.
Solid understanding of kitchen operations and section management.
Passion for cooking and a strong eye for detail.
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications preferred.
Working Hours
Full-time, shift-based schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
