RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION



The

Chef de Partie

plays a key role in ensuring efficient kitchen operations by maintaining smooth workflow in both food preparation and service. This position is responsible for delivering consistently high-quality cuisine, adhering to established standards, and continuously improving processes to enhance the guest experience..

Duties:



Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards. Supervise and train junior chefs and commis chefs, ensuring skill development within the team. Maintain strict food hygiene and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and compliant kitchen environment. Monitor portion sizes to maintain cost control and minimize food wastage. Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop innovative new dishes and menus. Ensure adequate stock levels, manage inventory, and place orders as necessary. Keep workstations organized, clean, and well-maintained. Guarantee timely and sufficient food delivery, ensuring smooth restaurant service. Perform any additional duties as required by management..

Requirements:



Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience. At least 3-5 years' experience in kitchen operation. Proven experience as a

Chef de Partie

or similar role. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
