Overseeing daily food preparation and duties to meet with the standard and the quality set by the company
To maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness in accordance with the company policies and statutory requirements
Keeping area of the kitchen safe and sanitary
Coordinates daily tasks with the production manager
Responsible to supervise junior chefs and commis
Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times
Able to estimate the daily production need and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standard are met
Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation
Operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioning
Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
