Takes care of daily food preparation to meet the standard and the quality set by theRestaurant.
Give attention productivity of the kitchen such as speed and food quality.
Keep kitchen clean and sanitary, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Operate and maintain all department equipment and report any problems.
Guides and trains the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and economical working environment.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Work Requirement: -
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes.
Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies of kitchen.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Possess own transportation.
