Job Description


  • A fervent interest in the culinary arts and a strong desire to develop and learn.
  • Comply with the instructions for recipes and presentation.
  • Be responsible for the opening and closing of the kitchen and other side tasks as directed by the Sous Chef.
  • The ability to work shifts on the weekends and on public holidays with flexibility
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese added advantage)
Responsibilities
  • Ensure that kitchen staff adhere to established standards, procedures, department rules, and sanitation requirements.
  • Prepare meals and food in a timely manner to meet the needs of guests.
  • Ensure that the kitchen workspace is tidy and organized.
  • Guarantee that health and safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Assist the culinary team in the daily operations to guarantee the seamless delivery of service.
  • Prepare and create all pastry items as specified by the business.
