Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of working experience as a chef is preferred.
• Experiences in Japanese / Teppanyaki / Sushi / Izakaya cuisines would be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia languages.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are available to start immediately.
• Applicable to Malaysians citizen only.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict safety, hygiene and quality control protocols in the kitchen.
• Prepare food as per menu SOP
• Provide good customer service
• Take charge of proper storage of ingredients and apply FIFO strictly.
• Ensure stocks are available at all times.
• Ensure all equipment are in order and functioning well.
• Other tasks assigned by the operations manager.
