Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with the kitchen's standards and recipes.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times.
Assist in stock rotation, inventory checks, and proper storage of ingredients.
Ensure that kitchen stations are set up and stocked before service.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
Passion for food and a keen interest in learning and developing new skills.
Strong understanding of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness practices.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
