Job Description
1) Ensure the kitchen is orderly and assists chief cook to prepare and arrange foods 2) Duties include cleaning the kitchen area, washing dishes and utensils and ensuring the chief cook has everything required to run kitchen efficiently 3) Ensuring that all food preparation and storage areas are always maintained in a clean and hygienic state 4) Observing and practicing correct food handling practices 5) Accommodation provided in the Resort 6) Opportunities for promotion 7) Able to work flexible hours
