About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedChemical Engineerto join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in chemical process development, testing, and optimization within a fast-paced, manufacturing-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the R&D or Technical team in daily operations and project execution.
Assist in developing and optimizing chemical processes, including product formulation, trials, and testing.
Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, reports, and process specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, safety, and performance meet required standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in chemical innovation and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree inChemical Engineeringor a related scientific discipline.
Educational background or strong interest inchemicals, materials science, process engineering, or industrial manufacturing.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written)is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners and review technical documentation provided in Mandarin.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
