JOB TITLE: CHEMICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
:
Identifying and acquiring new customers through direct sales techniques, business directories, and referrals.
Maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and visits.
Educating potential and existing clients about the features and benefits of the company's chemical products and services.
Preparing and delivering sales presentations that effectively explain complex scientific concepts and product benefits.
Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and solutions.
Negotiating sales contracts and terms with clients.
Providing technical support and after-sales service to clients.
Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
Staying updated on the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Participating in trade shows, conventions, seminars, and other industry events to increase product awareness and cultivate customer relationships.
Working with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the chemical industry.
Knowledge of chemical products and industry trends.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
BS/BA degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred, as the position involves coordination with China based engineers on site.
Years of Experience:
At least 2-5 years working experience in related filed.
