Chemist
Job Description
Create new products, develop new processes, and improve existing products and processes for glove production.
Implement cost-saving measures for products and processes and collaborate with production and technical engineers to implement new products or improvements in production.
Conduct plant trials and/or clip-on studies to evaluate the effectiveness of new processes, machinery, or materials.
Maintain a resourceful attitude by staying up to date with industry developments and identifying opportunities for learning, knowledge improvement, and new ideas, products, or processes.
Liaise with external suppliers and customers to address materials, chemicals, and glove issues.
Document and communicate all new products, product improvements, process improvements, and changes accurately through the product maintenance process flow.
Provide timely support to sales and marketing teams and external customers for their inquiries.
Assist other departments and operations when necessary.
Create technical presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate recommendations and findings.
Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in polymer science, chemistry, industrial applied sciences or equivalent from reputable universities. Minimum 2 years related working experience in manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Computer literate - MS Office applications. Graph and Trending Chart Result-oriented, keen on learning, proactive and constantly challenging mindset. Pleasant personality, able to interact will all levels of people. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Malay and English language. Ability to work under a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
