Job Requirement

Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in a relevant technical discipline (Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Material Science or similar programme) 4-6 years formulation experience with expertise in wood, metal and trim paints in solvent borne systems for decorative paint applications Proven experience in managing a small team to deliver impactful results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
