Qualifications: Junior Entry
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Chemistry , Applied Chemistry, Industrial Pharmacy or related Applied Science Responsible in OEM Management for Thoyyib Cosmetic Products; \xc2\xb7 Develop and test new skin care products, fragrances and dyes; \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the creation of a wide number of items, including shampoos and conditioners, lotions, body wash, gel, sunscreen, lip balm and lipstick, toothpaste, deodorant, hair dye and powder makeup; \xc2\xb7 Supports Licensing applications and maintains confidentiality; \xc2\xb7 Creates and develops new and improved products, innovative ideas, processes, protocols, techniques, and systems; \xc2\xb7 Effectively uses project management/milestone planning techniques to drive multiple concurrent opportunities; \xc2\xb7 Carries out research on assigned technology, concepts, technical opportunities, materials Identifies and/or evaluates materials or technologies to assess technical performance; \xc2\xb7 Uses experimental designs, researches, analyzes and interprets data to determine feasibility/efficacy of proposed solutions; \xc2\xb7 Proactively scans and researches new concepts, materials, technical opportunities; \xc2\xb7 Provides, interprets, and communicates practical technical information using standard formats and archiving methods; \xc2\xb7 Participates in and/or represents R&D by appropriately providing, interpreting and communicating practical technical information and project status; \xc2\xb7 Is a technical and problem solving resource; \xc2\xb7 Recommends product modifications and process improvements; \xc2\xb7 Supports other R&D functions, Regulatory Implements, develops and/or improves test methodologies and/or processes; \xc2\xb7 Follows and supports current Good Manufacturing Practices and current Good Laboratory Practices; Follows appropriate lab safety practices.
