Job Description
- Design target molecules, execute the synthesis and evaluate their performance in a highly efficient way.
- Characterize and assess new compounds performance using appropriate scientific methods.
- Record detailed synthetic protocols associated with date and characterization to facilitate technology transfer and product development.
- Work independently or with team to develop new molecule compounds, which either new to company portfolio or improve the current existing product range.
- Update or report the project progress to the superior, on consistent basis.
- Able to assist in the product commissioning.
- Able to write scientific report and deliver to the superior and management.
- Able to locate universities, government agencies or third-party for knowledge sharing
- Reference point for the material supplier.
- Build technical information database for the raw materials and newly developed product.
