Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in ensuring company policy and procedure are successfully implemented and properly adhered. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing counselling to all Head of Sections on policies and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and work closely with HQ HR to managing the hiring process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to coordinating the foreign worker application quota to ensure smoothly process and accordingly to the government rules and regulations \xe2\x80\xa2 On-board new employees and guide them on company policy and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring proper record-keeping of employee information \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with Head of Section on updating organization chart and send to HQ HR to keep a copy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring accurate on time attendance record before submit to HQ HR to process payroll \xe2\x80\xa2 To verify and validate on overtime form submit by Head of Section. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing administrative tasks such as coordinator for MSPO documentation, compose and type letters, memoranda, and other correspondence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Overseeing canteen operation and social events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with colleague on monitoring hostel repairing and checking. \xe2\x80\xa2 To seek guidance from HQ HR before liaise with government pertaining to employees matter ie. JTK, Perkeso and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performs administration duties as required such as monitoring of company vehicle usage, business licenses, stationeries, canteen operator matters, uniforms and any other matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure administration or general clerk handle incoming calls and reply emails. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize storage and filing system of paperwork, documentation control and computer based information. Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Diploma in HR/ Administration or its equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least three years working experience in same capacity, preferably in similar or related industries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably bilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledgeable in palm oil mill administration and able to manage store operation.
